"Older, clean and very comfortable. Was impressed with the age of the facility. Watch your step especially on the second floor, lots of dips. Don’t miss out on a very economical priced meal at the restaurant next door. Best food for the money in all of town."

Tiny Luxury Cabin Retreat On White River

"Jerry was an excellent host and the property was new and in tip-top shape. There were a few things that we didn't love about the property that I wished I would have paid attention to prior to booking, however, these items were clearly listed but I failed to pay attention to them. The water has a strong iron smell but it did not effect cleanliness of clothes or showering. The "master" bedroom downstairs has a twin sized bed that is not suitable for two people (my wife and I sizes at least) to fit into. The stairs for the loft upstairs are steep and could be troublesome for older or younger people. There is a neighbor next door that shot multiple rounds of a low caliber rifle at night time hours and I was concerned that he would shoot at or near my wife and I while we were sitting on the patio. The last thing that I would say is that you need a truck or SUV to access the property, as there is a VERY steep hill to park by the cabin. I will also say that the cabin is located a long way from any civilization. My plan was to fly fish the rivers for trout, and the areas that I wanted to fish were any where from an hour to two hours away. Again, this was my fault for not paying attention to the location of the cabin to the proximity of the rivers. Jerry did an excellent job communicating with me about fishing spots in the area. The access to the cabin was perfect, internet was solid, and the views from the bacj patio were incredible. We had a awesome time there! Thanks Jerry!"

"The rental cost of this property has actually more than doubled in the last three years. At these prices, if I were looking for resort style entertainment instead of a generally quiet place, I would have gone up the road to larger Branson, MO. You are starting to price yourselves out of the market."
