Propreté douteuse et présence d'un grand chien
L'hygiène et la propreté ne sont pas aux rendez vous. L'appartement est vraiment très sale. En effet le ménage n'est pas fait par le propriétaire entre chaque locataire. C'est au dernier locataire de faire le ménage pour le suivant, ce qui n'est pas précisé dans l'annonce.... Aucun moyen n'est donné pour réaliser ce ménage convenablement: nous avons reçu de la part du propriétaire qu'une simple serpillère dans un état déplorable de saleté. Pas d'éponge, pas d'aspirateur, pas de produits ménagers ou de lingettes. Bref rien pour effectuer un ménage convenable. Pas étonnant que nous ayons trouvé l'appartement très sale. Nous avons du acheté nous même des produits ménagers en début de semaine pour nettoyer l'appartement tellement il était sale. La piscine est à l'image de l'appartement vétuste et sale. Nous n'étions pas rassuré d'y laisser nager les enfants. À noter la présence d'un très gros chien en liberté qui aboie beaucoup et peut effrayer les plus jeunes. Sa présence n'est pas signaler dans l'annonce et bien qu'ayant précisé la peur panique de notre fille au contact des chiens. Le propriétaire n'a jamais cherché à attacher ou enfermer son chien en notre présence. C'était à nous de nous adapter au chien et non l'inverse....
C'est dommage car l'emplacement est idéalement situé, et l'appartement spacieux. La climatisation de deux chambres est un plus. Le propriétaire sympathique bien que très present et un peu insistant deux jours avant la fin du séjour sur le ménage.

Casa amplia en una buena ubicación
Hemos pasado una semana visitando el norte de la isla. La casa está muy bien, es bastante grande, con todo lo necesario en la cocina, en menaje..., también tiene una terraza muy agradable y una pequeña piscina. El sr. Tropeano ha sido muy amable, nos vino a recoger al puerto, ha estado muy atento a lo que podíamos necesitar...y hace una sopa de pescado estúpenda!!!!
