The pool was not very clean. There were no towels at the pool and when tried to call the front desk the phone in the pool did not work. This was also the emergency phone. The breakfast was not great. The hotel was not worth the money. I spent the same staying I. Ottawa and that hotel was amazing. I would have rated this worth maybe $100 not $300 plus tax

Everything was great other than the bathtub drain was plugged. We couldn’t take a shower because we didn’t want to be standing in tub water up to our ankles!

This hotel was fine for a quick stay but the rooms and elevators looked tired and worn. Breakfast was tasty and parking was easy. The coffee was good. Staff were personable. For the price, though, I would have liked the rooms to have been better maintained.
