A limpeza do quarto deixou um pouco a desejar, as bebidas estavam quentes, e o atendimento do bar da piscina não era suficiente! Não tinha como tomar o chopp e as cervejas porque estavam sempre quentes! Ponto positivo a piscina é maravilhosa e os drinks servidos no hall de entrada eram maravilhosos!

Precisam melhorar

Fiquei bem decepcionada quando entrei no quarto. As paredes encardidas, quarto super escuro, toalhas super velhas. Comentei na recepção e me transferiram de quarto, mas as características permanecem e ainda somavam vazamento no box e debaixo da pia. Ou seja, falta manutenção e cuidado. Toalhas da piscina super velhas também. Podiam doar para um hotel 2 estrelas. Não vejo entusiasmo em vários trabalhadores do hotel, muito mal humorados. Claro, que existem algumas exceções. O esquema de marcar os restaurantes a la carte, é super burocrático. É preciso comparecer pessoalmente em um horário super restrito. E parece que precisa implorar por uma vaga. Onde está a tecnologia para facilitar a vida dos hóspedes? No restaurante buffet, eles deixam um saleiro disponível para uso, mas o mesmo não tritura sal. O sal continua sendo sal grosso e ai você quer colocar sal na salada, ou na batata frita ou no ovo mexido, mas tem que se contentar com esse sal mesmo. Alguns dias ví o sal em sachê….mas de repente sumiram… e aí você pergunta para um trabalhador do hotel que fala: só tem esse mesmo. A quantidade de lixo que tem na praia da frente do hotel é deplorável. Disseram que vem da comunidade vizinha, mas o hotel, com a influência que tem, deveria tomar alguma providência com a prefeitura. É triste…muito muito lixo.

Bom lugar

Um ótimo all inclusive, comida muito boa, piscina grande, praia tranquila, alguns colaboradores muito receptivos e amistosos outros nem tanto. O quarto é confortável, cama e chuveiro bons. O porém fica para falta de varal, um blackout descente, e se gostar de mais silêncio pedir quartos não voltados para piscina. E o acesso ao hotel é chato pela BR101 é interminável o caminho.

HORRÍVEL, NÃO VOLTO NUNCA MAIS

Começando pelo check-in, me colocaram em uma suíte inferior à que eu reservei, problema, pois só nos trocaram de suíte após às 18h, alegando que não haviam quartos, fiquei sem entender muito bem, pois eram 15h15min, bem no horário do check-in, e não haviam quartos, estando o hotel vazio, isso no dia 14/04/25, pois fui para esse resort passar o meu aniversário, e me ARREPENDI, muito. Depois em um jantar reservado que era para comemorar o meu aniversário, fomos preteridos, pois havia muitos gringos no local. Em um evento de cantoria ao ar livre para os hóspedes, meu companheiro foi cantar e não deixaram, além de terem feito passar por um constrangimento horrível na frente de todos os hóspedes que estavam no local, tendo uma funcionária me destratado quando fui reclamar. Resumido, HOTEL MUITO MAL ADMINISTRADO, FUNCIONÁRIOS MAL EDUCADOS........

Vila Gale Alagoas, um hotel novo, equipe de limpa sempre atenta e limpando com frequência as áreas comuns, comida e bebida boa com qualidade, porém internet muito fraca já que internet das operadoras com qualidade ruim, e não conseguimos marcar o restaurante temático com a justificativa que estava cheio, fora isso tudo ok na hospedagem.

Hospedagem Vila Galé

O hotel é novo e bonito, entrega o que promete. Vale a pena o custo benefício, não tem muito luxo e poucos funcionários. A estrutura do hotel é muito boa, a piscina é excelente, bem quentinha mesmo em dias chuvosos. A recreação infantil deixa a desejar, brincadeiras em locais fechados em dias de sol e as crianças não aproveitam a piscina. Atividades são escolares, o que é injusto com as crianças. Não tem programação noturna para os menores, apenas para adultos. Todas as noites tem música ao vivo. Parte das bebidas é excelente. Almoço e jantar repetitivos, mas saborosos. Buffet de saladas é básico, não tem variedades e acompanhamentos como ovos e palmitos. Somente folhas e conservas. Pontos a melhorar: salva-vidas na piscina, fiquei 7 dias e não vi ninguém no posto. Limpeza dos quartos, a camareira não lava o banheiro nenhum dia. Adoçante compartilhado, deveriam disponibilizar saches para os hóspedes. Pontos positivos: recepção funciona, todas as solicitações foram atendidas, incluindo o ponto da limpeza.
