Beautiful Gracia
My daughter and I were so happy with the location, the cleanliness, and the welcoming neighbourhood. Gracia was the place to be and central to all great attractions. Easy access to the Metro, very safe, and we simply loved walking the streets and sightseeing. We already miss the city (and the villa) and we would be back (and stay at 1872) in an instant. Barcelona is like a warm hug from a friend.

Fabulous
Amazing property in the heart of Barcelona. The terrace at the back is heaven. Apartment is very close to anything that you might need. Walking distance to Sagrada Familia, Gaudi buildings and Placa de Catalunya.
Stay was so pleasant that we didn’t want to leave. We will visit Barcelona again and if we lucky we’ll stay at the same apartment.

Serious Problem
The property met all our expectations, but there was a problem with the bathroom door off the kitchen. Our sister stayed in the loft, with does not have a toilet. The downstairs bathroom door (a sliding pocket door) was difficult to close completely, but then could not be opened without prying the bottom open...and the handle inside was broken. No privacy for the toilet was extremely inconvenient.

Tout est parfait, franchement rien à dire
Appart en libre accès à l'arrivée et au départ. Le bien est super bien situé (plaza del sol, supermarchés, parking... le tout à 25m max).
L'appart est parfaitement fonctionnel et équipé, super terrasse, on s'y sent comme à la maison.
L'échange avec le proprio par mail s'est fait très rapidement.
Je viens à barcelone, généralement dans le quartier de gracia 2-3 fois par an et c'est de loin le mieux que nous allons eu pour ce budget. Nous reviendrons très certainement.
