Good location if you want to be near gothic quarter. The room was really hot and the window had very little ventilation, you could hear everyone flushing the toilets. No elevator. But they did provide complimentary alcohol and drinks which was a cool perk.

The hotel was lovely, the staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to get my room ready early when my flight plans changed. The lovely little touches such as the wine, bag, ear plugs and hand written postcard meant so much to me. The coffee station with daily fruit and muffins was a really nice touch. Room is small but comfortable and cleaned. The bed is very confortable as well. The staff is real helpful and friendly. The location is excellent. Walking distance to the principal tourist spots.
