AC didnt work. Was hot. When reported said it was cool, but dont think they realized the air wasn't blowing so maybe a fan issue. Also, want to changed my room from a 2 person to 3 and made me book a second room instead of the ability to change one for an upcharge.

What a gem. This hotel in the Gothic area is walkable to so many things with lots of food options and charm galore. The rooftop deck is Devine, the rooms are great and the staff are more than accommodating.

H10 Montcada Boutique Hotel is a charming and stylish boutique hotel located in the heart of Barcelona’s Gothic Quarter. Its prime location offers guests easy access to major attractions, with the Jaume I metro station right across the street and the Barcelona Cathedral just a short walk away.  The hotel boasts a beautifully designed interior, featuring elegant travel-themed decor and a cozy ambiance. Guests have praised the clean and comfortable rooms, attentive staff, and the rooftop terrace that provides panoramic views of the city—a perfect spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing.  However, it’s worth noting that ongoing construction work outside the hotel, which began in 2023, has been a point of concern for some visitors. While the hotel itself remains quiet, the construction has made access to the property somewhat challenging and has affected the overall experience for certain guests. Despite this, the hotel’s excellent location, exceptional service, and comfortable accommodations make it a great choice for travelers looking to explore Barcelona

Knowing in advance that this property is located in the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona, you can expect and appreciate it's age. Very well maintained, clean, with a warm inviting atmosphere! The terrace bar has wonderful views of the city skyline, complete with a bar, menu food and a hot tub. The restaurant, downstairs, serves a complete and wonderful breakfast. Our room gave us a view of the city, as well as the harbor area and the top of the Basilica de Barcelona. Just a five minute walk away! And lastly, the staff. They were terrific! Welcoming, friendly, helpful and efficient. I cannot say enough how much we appreciated the service we recieved. An absolute wonderful experience! Five Stars!
