For a family of six, the apartment was perfect for our 2 day stay in Barcelona. Location was fab. Being so close to Sagrada Familia was a joy. Lots of places to eat near by. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Would def recommend.

Super apartment ideally located near sights and metro. Really enjoyed our stay and whilst the pool is small the ambience of its setting is stunning. My kids knocked lots of fun out of the pool! Hughly recommend!

It was in a great location. They had too many bugs inside the apartment. For the 5 of us staying 4 nights, they only provided 3 small rolls of toilet paper which was inconvenient. The floors were dirty.
Spent the first hour of arrival killing bugs.

Positives-This property is steps from Sagrada Família. We had a view from our balcony of it. The rooftop pool is amazing. We stayed in a clean and spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Note-there is not a person or desk to check in. The office is at a different location. You can store your bags there, but then have to figure out how to get them there and back. The location is not marked but if you know the address you can find it. Just don’t expect a sign to find it. Also note that the laundry is shared with the building and staff. So doing at night is better than the morning.

Myself and two kids loved this property. It was a great location and the accommodations were perfect. The pool on roof top was lovely after a long day in the sun. Also having a washer and dryer was a bonus. Communication was great too with clear instructions how to get into building and apartment. We stayed in a two bedroom with a balcony with awesome view of Sagrada Familia. Don’t hesitate to stay here.

This apartment was fabulous. Great location opposite the Sagarda Família where there were great views from the rooftop pool when cooling off. Very walkable to lots of the places in Barcelona. Apartment was really clean, well equipped, air conditioned and there was also a communal washing machine for use. Team that manages the apartment were really responsive and communicative for any needs. Would highly recommend!

We personally would not utilize these apartments again. While the apartment itself was clean and roomy, we did not realize that there was a cost associated with every single amenity/service. Your website should specify that there’s an extra cost for these services. I don’t think these apartments should be listed on Hotels.com as it doesn’t offer hotel amenities. There are people who use the laundry services who are not staying there making it difficult to utilize one of the few free services. I reported this to the representatives without any comment. We also reported fruit flies in apartment and were told it was normal which we understand but not indoors. Perhaps not our cup of tea but we will not be back. I think being more transparent would be something you could improve. Thanks!

The property was excellent. Well maintained, very clean. Balcony view was amazing!!! The location was perfect for us. Few minutes walk to Sagrada. Few minutes walk to Metro station. Restaurants were just steps away although we opted to eat 2 blocks away. Highly recommended this property. One request is to have another set of washer and dryer since a lot of tenants were using it all at the same time. Nevertheless, the property is 10/10

Convenient location to walk to most major attractions. We were able to walk to Guell Park with our teens in 30min and take in the residential life. The area feels safe and lots of dining options. The view of Sagrada Familia from the balcony and the rooftop terrance is amazing. Tip: Good amount of food in their breakfast option (salami sandwich, croissant, donut, apple/pear, yogurt, milk and orange juice); however, the selection remains the same every day so if you are staying more than 3-4 days, getting your own breakfast from the neighborhood might be better and more interesting.

While the apartment is very compact, it has all that you need. It can get a little noisy at night because it is close to tourist area but that is also a benefit because it was easy to get around and right next to the metro. We enjoyed staying at this property and can reccomend it.

It’s a minute walk to La Sagrada Família as soon as you walk out of the property picture below is what you’ll see, a good size apartment for 4 people very clean, the host even left snacks, olive oil, course salt & Roses, nice extra touch, lots of restaurants in the area & stores, highly recommended this place

The stay at our apartments was wonderful. The location was perfect and so centrally located for sight seeing, shopping and transportation.
