Location was great for the hop on hop off bus. About a 5 minute walk. Good little store near by and great coffee place too. The laundry was a huge plus. My kids also liked the kids' room.

We loved that they checked us in earlier than scheduled and the gym was much better than you’d normally find in same level properties. Cleanliness can be improved as hallway outside the rooms were dirty from the time we checked in till we checked out. One big no no was they cleaned our room a day earlier than scheduled and left a window wide open! The room was freezing! Security was an issue as window was on the 3rd floor and easily accessible from outside. Local people always warn about keeping our valuables safe then the cleaning crew themselves leave your room open for outsiders! No real apology or anything else from the hotel management was done to address this issue. That was the biggest disappointment for us. So overall happy with some stuff but ruined by experiences such as that.

The couch bed was so uncomfortable it was ridiculous . The staff wasn’t the friendliest. I won’t ever book this property again.

The only 2 issues i had were 1 the dryers did not dry my clothes leaving me with damp clothes even after 4 cycles. 2nd the shower every 2 min would lose all cold water and turn into scalding water that burned the back of my legs and feet.
