On the edge of the forest and 900m from the Boucholeurs beach, this cottage welcomes you to discover the island of Noirmoutier. You will stay only 4 km from the famous Passage du Gois, and 3.5 km from the Pont de Noirmoutier, which will allow you to reach the continent. This single-storey house consists of a living room/lounge/kitchen with fireplace insert, two bedrooms both equipped with a 140 bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet. You will also find a storage room with sink, washing machine, dryer and freezer which will also allow you to store bicycles. Outside, you will enjoy a terrace and a plot of approximately 700m² fully enclosed, on which there is an unoccupied outbuilding.
