Our House "Cap-Pinell" is beautifully situated directly on the sea. It is situated in the quiet gated community "Le Troc Pinell", away from the crowd and yet close from Banyuls center (15 minutes walk). The house is optimally divided for families with children and offers everything your heart desires: a spacious living space (about 110 m2), three bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom and exclusive amenities.

Three weeks in Banyuls

If you are planning a lengthy vacation stay, this is an excellent choice. The paddle board and Snorkel gear provided are very enjoyable and useful, especially if you have children who will be looking for something to do each day. They have two portable air conditioning units that can be used to refresh the rooms in the evenings if you will be there during the hot summer months, but it helped being right by the sea (not as warm as further in land)

Excellent property in good quiet location

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The views from the garden and the balcony are excellent. We loved the beach close by that has excellent snorkling. I enjoyed using the provided canoe. Easy walk in to Banyuls where we found many restuarants and shops. A great location. Reccomended.

Frühstück mit Meeresbrise

Schönes Haus in Toplage direkt am Meer mit Strandzugang. Der Blick aufs Meer schon jeden Morgen ist wunderbar und lässt das Frühstück auf der Terrasse noch besser schmecken. Mit allem ausgestattet, haben wir viel selbst gekocht. Restaurants und Geschäfte im entzückenden kleineren Banyuls sind zu Fuß ebenfalls schnell erreichbar. Très beau séjour à Banyuls

Maison très bien placée avec toutes les commodités à moins de 15mn à pied. Superbe vue et maison très bien équipée. Beaucoup d'activités à faire à portée de main y compris bien sur la plongée (baptême réalisé avec aqua blues - Super). Par contre, nous avons cherché en vain le bain à remous indiqué sur l'annonce. Globalement nous recommandons cette location sans hésitation.

Très bon séjour

Maison très calme en cette période de l'année avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Maison située à 10 min à pied du centre-ville. Malgré une météo très capricieuse, nous avons tout de même pu profiter de la région. Merci à Olivier d'avoir pris le temps de nous lister les bonnes adresses ( restaurants, caves...) et sites à visiter. Autour de Banyuls, on peut déjà faire de belles randonnées au milieu des vignes et des montagnes sans avoir à prendre la voiture et au départ de la maison, on peut emprunter le sentier du littoral pour aller jusque Cerbère ou plus loin encore. Merci également de nous avoir parlé du bon plan bus à 1€ au départ de l'office du tourisme pour nous rendre dans les villes alentours, Port Vendres, Collioure, Argelès...Bus que nous avons également pris pour notre retour à Banyuls lorsque nous avons fait la randonnée sur le sentier du Littoral vers le Cap Béar, bus repris à Port Vendres. Si vous décidez d'aller visiter la maison musée de Dali à Cadaques, pensez à réserver avant votre depart. Nous avons réservé en ligne le lendemain de notre arrivée et nous n'avons obtenu des places que la veille de notre depart (séjour de 10 jours). En milieu de semaine, tout était déjà complet sur une quinzaine de jours. Nous avons beaucoup aimé cette visite avec un guide sympathique. En résumé, maison agréable, bien située au départ de nombreuses randonnées. Une région et un littoral préservés. A découvrir ou à redécouvrir pour nous sous le soleil !

Maison Bordeaux Troc Pinell Sept 2023

Monsieur Bordeaux ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Wir (2 Erwachsene) haben sehr erholsame Tage in seinem Ferienhaus verbracht (ein Foto des Meerblicks vom Balkon haben wir nach unserer Rückkehr als Bildschirmhintergrund geladen). Die nahegelegene Bucht ist zudem ein tolles Schnorchel-Revier. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Wunderbare Aussicht

Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung und man hat eine wunderbare Aussicht auf das Meer. Die Lage ist ebenfalls ideal. Es sind nur ein paar Schritte in die Bucht hinunter und zum Küstenwanderweg. Für einen Badeurlaub mit der Familie sehr gut geeignet.

Erholsamer Urlaub in Traumlage

Wir haben zwei Wochen in diesem wundervoll gelegenen Ferienhaus verbracht und jeden Tag sehr genossen. Man findet alles Notwendige vor, die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen/Backen braucht. Die Schlüsselübergabe klappte hervorragend (bei An - und Abreise) . Selbst mitten im Oktober konnten wir jeden Tag schwimmen und schnorcheln, der Strand ist sehr schön und so gut gelegen! Wir haben nur zu zweit Urlaub gemacht, so dass wir mehr als reichlich Platz hatten, für eine größere Familie sind die Sitzmöbel im Wohnzimmer etwas knapp bemessen. Der Abschied fiel schwer… wir kommen gerne wieder

Traumhafter Meerblick

Check-in war sehr zügig. Der Blick vom Balkon herrlich. Hier kann man stundenlang sitzen und schauen. Ende August, Anfang September war auf der Terrasse zum Meer und auf dem Balkon keine Sonne. Für uns angenehm weil es so warm war. Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung, allerdings lagen auf der Terrasse noch ein paar Essensreste. Grill und Backofen waren wie in vielen Unterkünften nicht gereinigt. Das war aber selber schnell erledigt. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl! Toll ist das SUP und die Schnorchelausrustung! In der Bucht unterhalb des Hauses sieht man sehr viele schöne Fische. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war super.

Traumhafter Meerblick

Den Morgen mit Kaffee und einem schönen Buch auf dem Balkon beginnen und zwischenduch aufs Meer hinausschauen - was gibt es Schöneres? Wir wohnten während unserer Tour de France für eine Woche mit 4 Erwachsenen und zwei Teenagern im Haus. Die Aussicht isr traumhaft, in wenigen Minuten ist man an einer kleinen Bucht mit Steinstrand und dafür herrlich klarem Wasser. Die Schlafzimmer und Bäder des Hauses verteilen sich über drei Stockwerke, sodass jeder auch ein wenig Privatsphäre hat. Betten waren bezogen und genügend Handtücher vorhanden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Uns gefielen jedoch das SUB und die Schnorchelausrüstungen am besten, die wir häufig nutzten. David ist ein ausgesprochen freundlicher und bemühter Gastgeber, dem das Wohl seiner Gäste sehr am Herzen zu liegen schient. Schon vor Reiseantritt fragte er nach unseren Interssen und schickte uns zahlreiche Tipps für Restaurants, für mögliche Ausflugsziele und Unternehmungen, von denen wir einige gern nutzten. Vor allem die von ihm für unsere Teenies vorgeschlagene Canoyningtour hat uns nachhaltig begeistert! Während unseres Aufenthaltes fragte er nach unserem Befinden und war für jegliches Anliegen offen, obwohl er nicht persönlich vor Ort ist. So viel Aufmerksamkeit erlebt man selten! Vielen Dank!

Excellent séjour

Très belle location bien située. Le logement est fonctionnel et bien équipé. Il se situe à 3 min à pied de la crique du Troc et à une dizaine de minutes à pied du port. La vue sur la mer est magnifique ! Banyuls est une superbe destination.

Ne pas hésiter !

Maison idéalement située qui surplombe la mer. Grande baie vitrée dans la salle de séjour et balcon avec vue imprenable. Vous pouvez accéder à la mer par un chemin qui prend en contrebas et l’escalier d’une soixantaine de marches qui se termine sur les rochers. Mais il y a surtout la crique et sa petite plage qui bordent le côté nord de la résidence. La tranquillité des lieux est assurée avec une maison située dans une résidence privée (portail télécommandé et parking assuré). La maison, qui comporte trois niveaux, convient parfaitement à une famille. - Vous entrez dans les lieux par le premier étage, où l’on trouve une cuisine entièrement équipée, une salle de bains (avec douche), une chambre à coucher (avec un lit double) et la salle de séjour / salle-à-manger (grande table, canapé, TV, box internet), à partir de laquelle on accède au balcon, avec un escalier permettant de descendre dans le petit jardin. - Au deuxième étage, possibilité de loger ses deux, voire trois adolescents, qui disposeront d’une petite salle de bain. - Au rez-de-chaussée, qui donne sur le petit jardin : une grande chambre avec un grand lit double et une salle de bain avec baignoire. En conclusion. Les plus : La vue, la tranquillité, l’équipement ménager, une salle de bain à chaque étage, l’accès à la mer, au sentier qui longe la réserve marine et mène à Cerbère, le port et le centre-ville tout proches (qui n’exige pas de prendre sa voiture). En prime : salon de jardin, barbecue, un VTT, un kayak et ses pagaies, masque, palmes, tubas, une abondante documentation avec guides et cartes de la région... Les moins ? On ne les a pas encore trouvés. Mais ce pas pour cela qu’on espère revenir. Merci à Mr et Mme Bordeaux pour ses 15 jours passés (beaucoup trop vite) dans leur maison de Troc Pinell, et leur accueil chaleureux. Louis et Marie-Christine
