Very comfortable bed. Large room. The pool was amazing. Staff were very helpful and always courteous and smiling. Location was good. Right by the skytrain with easy access to the rest of Bangkok, although the area itself was lively and there were plenty of places to eat and nice rooftop bars for the evening

Absolutely fantastic! Everyone of the staff from the front desk, to the guys helping with luggage, to the women helping clean the rooms were amazing! Everyone was very kind, polite, professional, and helpful! The room was very clean and comfortable. I also loved that the location was conveniently located to some great places to eat, stores with essentials like 7/11, and just a short walk from Lumpini Park, as well as easy access to the BTS. It's also nice and quiet for a good nights sleep. For my first visit to Bangkok, this place was perfect!

Great location in the center of the city. Near BTS Skytrain. Away from main road , no road traffic boisecat night. Very safe area. Great swimming pool and gym.good for damily and solo traveller.
Location is off the street. Sometimes hard for Grab driver's to find lobby entrance. It is next to Trinity Complex.

My room was in the old building (#2). From what I was told, the rooms in the new building are nice. Unfortunately, mine was not. It was not terrible, but not good either. It had a smell, and the decor is very dated. The most pressing issue for me was the poor lighting in the bathroom. I originally had another booking for the same hotel after 1 week when come back to Bangkok from Chiang Mai. But I canceled it. There are better hotels in that area for roughly the same price.

Service!! While this hotel is nestled in an awkward area in Silom the service, offerings and convenience were outstanding. There was a grocery store on the floor level next to the hotel which made gathering the small things needed both accessible and cost effective vs going to a 7-11 which was also around the corner, there are several restaurants steps from the hotel and we discovered that there is a bustling weekday ONLY market just outside of the hotel which made trinket and souvenir shopping even more convenient. I would highly recommend this place, oh and the burger place on the corner - the best burgers in Bangkok

All were acceptable from the price perspective, just the room service which knocked on our door at 02:30hrs, pass to us a new set of battery which she could have went the wrong room. It was just a 1 time off, all other services and stay experience has been up to standard.
