It's a good hotel, but too far from Bangkok City. Really inconvenient if you solo traveling or traveling with your own accommodations.

hotel is a bit run down,many tour groups come through here so expect a tour and travel type of service. breakfast is included but is just there to feed you for the next stop, dont expect much. there are many local restaurants around so i would nt eat in the hotel if igiven a choixce.

This location is quite from the city center and not well known with local taxi drivers. make sure to have your location written down in Thai or download an offline map of the area to show taxi drivers. The location, however, is filled with great food vendors, street food, and has a 7/11 less than 5 minutes away. During my stay the onsen pool was under maintenance and the gym plus sky bar was never open.

Hotel staff are always friendly and very helpful and the hotel is always clean , the restaurant is only open during the day because the cook goes home if the restaurant stayed open or reopened in the evenings to at least 9.00 that would be convenient for guests otherwise it’s a great place to stay and I stay there regularly already.

Staff didn’t check on booking that i booked for 3 person. I have to ask for more pillow and towel but she said i have to pay more for extra but it already include in booking. Even that staff already clear after check the booking i found the same problem in the morning with buffet breakfast.

If you just need a place to crash and have business in the area, I guess its ok. Its close to Rajamangala Stadium. Housekeeping staff where helpful to replace the safe when it had low batteries.

Excellent hotel near Rajamangala National Stadium

Location was a 15 minute walk to Rajamangala National Stadium which was very convenient for attending concert at stadium. Do use an umbrella while walking as the sun was scorching hot. The hotel check in was very friendly and understanding as she gave me a special early check-in before noon as I had to go to the stadium asap to collect the concert ticket. There were eateries and 7-11 along the way to the stadium and the hotel was a 15 - 25 min drive to/from Suvarnabhumi Airport.

The mini room is just way too small. You have to climb over the bed to get into it. There is a kettle in the room but no coffee or tea. The lights beside the bed didn't work. Not a great experience.

Hotels.com listing is different from reality

When I got there they couldn’t find my reservation. When I booked my reservation it said they spoke English, they didn’t. Took two hours til they found it and didn’t tell us how they found it. We go to the room the bathroom door had a missing slide door so no door for the bathroom. The ac work really good. Went to see the pool. It has never been cleaned looked like swamp water. The bar advertised is not in the the hotel and we didn’t even know we could at a the breakfast buffet. The staff never really talked to us to get us a taxi or tell us where to go and when we would try to communicate it was hard so we ended up in weird places. The last day one stag member spoke some English and she came up to us to suggest things but we were checking out already. Side note if you don’t remind them about your cash deposit that you have to leave (no card) they will keep it.
