This is our go to Hotel when we are in Bangkok - we love everything - the staff - the location - the rooms (but you must be careful to make sure you book a suite or upgraded room which are great - the other rooms are a lottery and once we ended up with a room which was very small and below what we have come to expect) Hopefully this was a one off.

The location is great, near everything you want to see in this area. The front staff and housekeeping staff are all very friendly. The room was clean. It is dated though so please keep this in mind.
