DO NOT STAY HERE!! First, they have a hidden deposit for the key, no big deal but I'm glad I had the Baht on hand and they seemed confused when I requested the deposit back. They seemed very polite at first but the cleaning staff and manager were rude. They would not give us extra towels or anything for the extremely slippery floor. The housekeeping staff was very loud in the hallways, yelling to each other while we were sleeping. They accused me of taking "another customer's bags", yet did not call the police or kick us out. If we really stole they should have done that at a minimum! If we hadn't prepaid I would have left, it was beyond insulting. The bathroom floor was extremely slippery and we could barely stand up after showering and also had some mold. We did have a couple of younger staff members that were extremely polite and helpful, but I just can't get over the rudeness of the others.

Always a Pleasant Stay

A basic Chinese style business hotel with plain but comfortable rooms and a super friendly staff. Better than expected breakfast buffet. Excellent location near Hua Lamphong train station and Chinatown with easy access to the MRT subway. I have stayed here many times.

Great hotel near the train station and Chinatown. Across a small canal from MRT and train station. Breakfast is very good. Coffee was amazing. Restaurant serves good Thai food at street market prices. And Chang beer, 50bht for a can!

Best accommodations ever - for the price. Friendly, English speaking staff - fantastic breakfast - comfortable room. We loved the proximity to China town - and enjoyed Thai Massages from a little shop around the corner everyday. Thank you to everyone for making our stay perfect in Bangkok.

this is one of my favorite budget hotel in the yaowarat area.The best value in the area. conveniently located for all transportation .breakfast is good .all staffs are friendly and professional . the only downside is the weak wifi.but other than that this hotel is getting better and better every each stay .I have been coming here for the past 7years. I will be back again.

Worst experience ever

This has been an extremely disappointing experience. The room did not match the pictures on your website at all. The cleanliness was unacceptable, the noisy air conditioner made it impossible to sleep, the beds were uncomfortably hard, the curtains were filthy, and the overall maintenance of the building was poor. I'm genuinely surprised that this hotel has a rating of 8.3. Despite having another night booked, I will not be returning.

OK for short stay, but room very dated

Hotel is well located near metro/train station ok the border of Chinatown and its delights. Room spacious and clean, but very very very dated, in need of refurbishment. Solid breakfast, and kind staff at the reception. Wifi OK.
