Hotel is in perfect location for all the shoppers, but it doesn’t have comfy bed or room. Pool was nice but full of people all the time. Lots of people congregate around the lobby area much of the day, lots of noise all day.

Staff was very helpful + polite - changed entire lockset for me when door wouldn't lock properly + i didnt wanna change room. Staff also gave me quiet breakfast corner when i said i wanted a table to eat and do some reading. overall very pleasant.

Great property! Excellent room. Beautiful view of the city. Our view had a good view of Central World and Songkran festivities. Staff was amazing and helpful! Breakfast was great and keeps us energized for the rest of the day! The guest service staffer, Mai, was very nice and helpful in securing us our beautiful room! I’ll definitely be back!

Having landed on the evening of the Earthquake impact, everything was chaotic and they ended up downgrading me to a standard room as the premium room was damaged due to the quake. This room also had cracks and made me really worried being on a high floor. However next day I was upgraded to a suite and that compensated for the 1st night. The breakfast was very good but not much of other services available for a 5 star.

Beautiful property in the heart of Bangkok. Amazing facilities and close to everything you need from food, clothing you name it. Staff very friendly and helpful. Beautiful rooftop pool. Additionally the rooms are very modern which includes a safe, robes and slippers. Enjoyed our stay here, highly recommend.

Review of Hotel Berkeley Pratunam

The hotel is good in terms of breakfast, room service, cleanliness and size. I came during the tremors in Bangkok and as expected there's chaos all over the area as the guests and tourists are evacuated from every building until situation safe to re-enter. I can see the management is trying their best to resolve the situation. Maybe they can pay more emphasize on the readying of the rooms and crowd gathered at the lobby while trying to solve the logistic issues.

Found the property quite dated. Breakfast was average, hotel rooms very noisy due to road noise, cleaning could have been much better, Not impressed at all with the the hotel following the earthquake, we evacuated the building from the 23rd floor and ended up sitting outside for almost 7 hours with no communication from the hotel staff or managent as to when or if we could return to our room, I'm not convinced the hotel can be deemed safe after only a few hours after the way it was swaying 7 hours after business as usual. Disgraceful, money over safety.. The building had been evacuated yet still the staff are checking people in.

Nice hotel and great location!

Very impressive and beautiful large room. Great location, walking distance to day market, shopping malls and night market immediately alongside hotel. Breakfast buffet was outstanding, loved the variety of options which changed on a daily basis. There were also other dining options within the hotel premises. Fitness gym was a plus although contained minimal equipment. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again in the future.
