Great location Hotel

Upon checked in the counter staff is bit unfriendly. The house keeping to deliver the items upon request is slow & also forget to put towels after room cleaning. Rest of the time; the staffs are very approachable. The restaurants staffs for breakfasts are super helpful, friendly👍👍

We had an outstanding stay at this hotel! The room we stayed in had a double bed; it was clean and modern. The bathroom was upscale with a walk-in shower and bathtub. The breakfast buffet was unique for the class of hotel, offering juicing made to order from fruits you select. They also have a variety of pre-juiced fruit and dairy and non-dairy drinks in small glass carafes. They even have a dedicated vegetarian food section and a wonderful baked goods section where we enjoyed the pistachio cream-filled and topped croissant. We were cheerfully greeted by the hostess Beam, who helped us find our table and, as a nice gesture, prepared our coffee to order. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and exceptional stay!

This hotel's saving grace were the housekeeping and breakfast staff. For a five star hotel, one would expect better services and warmer hospitality from the check in staff and concierge. We had to open the hotel doors on our own while struggling with our luggage, strangely, there weren't staff to assist us even though it wasn't a busy evening with guests arriving. Upon arriving in the late evening, the check in staff was reserved though polite. She wasn't forthcoming about providing information on the amenities but just handed a card with information pertaining to facilities. I even had to ask her where the lift lobby was, and she just pointed. I strongly believe that the concierge and check in staff are very important in creating a good impression of the establishment, hence if visitors were to stay in this hotel expecting 5 star treatment, they will be sorely disappointed.
