The staff gave me a room at 10:30 which is nice. A lot of hotels try to charge you for early check in. I find it stupid because if a room is already cleaned and available, why would you hold it if a customer is waiting for it… I can understand late check out fees because they hold the room for you, but early check in should be given if available. The staff was also very friendly, warm and professional.

Highly recommend. Excellent location in the heart of Sukhumvit. Asok BTS or Sukhumvit MRT stations are a short walking distance away. You have restaurants, bars and shopping on your doorstep. I booked a Deluxe Room, City View. As I have Expedia VIP Access, I received a complimentary upgrade. Huge and spacious room. Complimentary water is provided daily. There is a fridge and minibar in the room as well. Very clean. Staff were all very friendly and pleasant. Housekeeping was done well each day. I didn't include breakfast nor dine at the hotel so I can't comment on this. I would stay here again when I am back in Bangkok.
