Hotel staff was exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very beautifully done and had many options. We spent some time by the pool having drinks to cool down and definitely enjoyed our time there. Again the staff was very impressive!

Everything from the service to the room and accomodations was fantastic! We especially appreciate the staff and their friendliness. Every morning we were greeted with a smile. We especially want to say that the concierge service was top notch. Concierge, We, helped us with suggestions and things to do. He made arrangements for us for pick up service wherever we wanted to go. Brian was also very helpful. The front desk and pool service was outstanding. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were perfect. The shower and tub was amazing. We will recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Bangkok.
