Lilliputians rooms with cold showers

Hotel is very dated, postage stamp size room that can not fit 2 suit cases. Major issue with hot water, takes 7-10 minutes that lukewarm water comes out. Service is attentive, the bar restaurant on the 19th floor is nice.
