We traveled with family and had joined rooms. Unfortunately, one of the room's toilets was clogged. We reported the issue, and they said someone would come to fix it shortly. We left for the day, and when we returned, the front desk assured us the issue had been resolved, but it had not been. We called again, and they said they would send someone soon. When the maintenance person arrived, he claimed to have fixed it and then left, but the toilet was still clogged. Frustrated and tired, we decided to move to another room, which meant our family had to be separated. While the rooms were nice, the staff did not clean properly; my kids found a bloody bandage on the floor and food crumbs everywhere.

The problem with air conditioner

The air conditioner kept stop working after midnight. We were hot and couldn’t sleep because of it. We didn’t get a good sleep. The movies were too old.

We stayed here while visiting family in Baltimore and we’ll definitely stay here again! The hotel is clean and staff is nice plus you get free parking and great breakfast. The coffee machine in the lobby is a grind-and-brew. OMG! The BEST cup of coffee I’ve ever had!

The room was old. The popcorn ceiling was gross. The lobby is old and uninviting. Our tv was fuzzy and 10 years old. We actually asked to switch rooms because the tv was so blurry in the first one. It’s ridiculous to have old TVs like that in 2025.

Mostly great, good pancakes, some noise

Staff were very efficient and helpful when needed. Our room on the top floor was big, clean, and everything worked. The one problem was noise from the HVAC on heating mode. It would wake the dead at every cycle. On our last night it was warmer, so we turned it off. Breakfast was better than average with some nice touches like a fresh pancake machine and Cinnabons.

The rumor was in had exposed wiring. And the wiring was really close to the ground. it had me really concerned not so much for my own safety, but what if the family stayed with a toddler and didn’t notice the exposed wires until it was too late. Too bad because otherwise there is lust like about this property. But this is really bad! I did notify the front desk person, but I’m not sure they understood what I was talking about.
