The staff at check-in counter was good. However, the room had some issues such as sink’s faucet handles were very loose and other fixtures had some minor breakage. The old building smell is noticeable.

I travel with my family and I booked three rooms non-smoking and the entire hotel smelled like smoke. We went from fourth floor to fifth floor and it’s the same , was horrible, they need to work in the whole entire hotel, they shouldn’t advertise as no smoking Hotel. They change us from fourth floor to fifth floor supposed to be better but it is the same. I don’t recommend to anybody. I don’t like to leave this kind of comments, but this is the reality.
