The bed was amazing but the room was not serviced in the 3 nights we stayed. No hand towels, no bath towel replacement and no way to dry them. Bath mat was saturated and unable to handle overflow from shower into toilet area. Room has a high cathedral ceiling making it hard to keep warm (yes even in November). We appreciated the 'upgrade' but wrangling luggage to the first floor was an issue. Probably would not stay here again,

The furniture needs to be replaced and upgraded. The bath needs replacement, the toilet paper needs to have more than 1 spare too. The pool needs to have no drain in the middle. Also, not sure why the restuarant has been shut and closed? Good other than that, thank you 😊

The staff were very friendly & helpful. The room was nice and clean. Not enough soap, toilet paper, shampoo etc provided for 4 of us, lucky we brought our own. Shame the spa is out of order but the pool was lovely.
