The room was mostly comfortable. The challenge was finding the right temperature because it was so cold outside (in the teens) that it affected the thermostat on the unit. I finally dropped it down 10 degrees below normal room temperature and was comfortable afterwards. The staff was great and answered all questions that I asked. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices. I loved the biscuits in particular this morning!

Staff here are great!! Ashley was very friendly and informative. They accommodated all of our needs. Rooms were clean and the breafast good. My wife enjoyed the quality of soaps and amenities provided. The bar/restaurant onsite also had some great indian food and friendly service. We hope to get a chance to stay again and try the outdoor pool when the weather is warm.

The external door to the building our room was located in did not close properly, resulting in poor security. The "Grill" restaurant had school-cafeteria-like food which isn't bad but over-priced for what it is. The breakfast buffet lacked healthy options, cheap plastic utensils, and undercooked waffles.

Room and bed were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Hot tub looked disgusting - murky water, humidity dripping from ceiling, bubbling paint. Needless to say we didn’t get in, and that was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. Breakfast was much better than the Super 8, but the Super 8’s pool and hot tub will have us staying there again.

I called the front desk because I had sewer backing up into the bathtub and our family all needed to shower before we could leave. We talked to the front desk multiple time and every time they said they would send a maintenance person to look at the issue. We waited 1.5 hours and no one ever came to our room despite talking to front desk 3 times. We ended up going to the front desk showing the front desk attendant a final time a picture of poop water in our toilet and he never once offered either another room for us to shower in OR a credit for the inconvenience.

The room wasn’t clean. The bathroom counter wasn’t wiped down and had hair and sticky gunk on it. There was hair all over the bathroom floor. The hotel wasn’t busy at all but I was put right next to a guy hacking a lung all night so didn’t sleep. Not sure why all the guests had to be right next to each other.

Older facility. Needs to smell fresh. Appreciated the bathroom remodel. Lighting throughout the room was a cold, utilitarian white lighting, instead of warm lighting to make one feel more at home. The lobby was uninviting with Hindu god statues - this is America, not India. Not a good feel. Front desk personnel were business like and impersonal. Breakfast was not as good as other Best Westerns we’ve stayed at. Bed was fair.

Clean room, comfy bed, easy online reservation and quick check-in and checkout. The on site restaurant served good choices of craft beers and had a full bar. The food was very good, Cobb salad and Waygu burger. The free breakfast had a great variety of choices and was fresh and hot even near the end of her serving time.
