Beautifully furnished 2-bedroom duplex apartment with sloping ceilings, accommodating 4-6 people, offering 37.30 m² of living space plus an additional 11.79 m² with a ceiling height under 1.80 m. Located on the 3rd floor with elevator access, in the heart of the town center, in a quiet area, close to the thermal baths.

Entrance with closet, separate WC. A kitchenette separated from the living room by a breakfast bar and equipped with a dishwasher, combination microwave/grill/oven. The living room features a double sofa bed (140 cm), an LCD TV with integrated DVD player (large selection of DVDs), and a large east-facing skylight with mountain views. Quiet ceiling fan. One bedroom with a double bed, closet, and TV.

Upstairs, a bathroom with washing machine. A second bedroom with two twin beds, a wardrobe, and an east-facing skylight with mountain views.
