Villa Clémenceau is a haven of peace, with its park and indoor swimming pool, offering 10 comfortable beds in an elegant and cozy, just 10 minutes from the beach and 20 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne
The house has 5 bedrooms: A master suite offering 2 or 3 beds (2 beds 100x200 + a sofa bed) and a bathroom, 3 double rooms (2 x 2 beds 100x200 joined together or separated by rooms + 1x 160x200) and a children's room with trundle bed and cot. An independent bathroom and shower room are also available.
The living room, crossing and bright, is equipped with a fireplace for off-season stays and a flat screen TV. Wifi available throughout the house.
The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare good meals with the flavors of Vendée gastronomy.
The adjoining dining room offers a nice space to gather for meals
The park surrounding the house is lush greenery, planted with old trees. The space around the pool is a bubble of nature in which one immerses oneself. The terrace receives the sun all day, to enjoy the best moments outdoors.

Summer Holiday
We had a lovely week in August here. The weather was great and we used the swimming pool every day.
The house is well equipped for self catering if needed and is well located for the beaches.

Limite....
Au prix de la semaine de location, j'aurai aimé ne pas trouver de la vaisselle sale, des mouchoirs sous le lit et des barbecues inutilisables tellement ils étaient gras et sales.
J'ai également dû réparer la bonde d'un lavabo de salle de bain ainsi que la poignée de porte de la chambre du rdc (réparation de fortune). Cependant tout ceci n'est sûrement pas dû au propriétaire mais aux vacanciers précédents et à un état des lieux approximatif....
Toutefois, le propriĂ©taire pourrait mettre Ă disposition une tĂ©lĂ©commande pour le portail afin de ne pas bloquer toute la circulation pour rentrer. De mĂȘme il ne laisse pas la possibilitĂ© d'Ă©clairer la piscine (alors que c'est montrĂ© sur une photo) et surtout ......... pourquoi ne disposons nous pas d'un container alors que tout le village en a un ? On nous demande de dĂ©poser nos ordures Ă 300m ! Pas trĂšs agrĂ©able de trimballer ses sacs poubelle dans les rues.......
