"I loved my stay at the hotel the front desk clerk Shontel (I’m not sure if I spelled it right) was so helpful and nice. She provided us with places to go and check out."

"I want to give a heartfelt thank you to the wonderful staff at Suburban Avondale. After losing my mom two years ago, I went through a very difficult chapter in my life. It took me some time to get myself emotionally ready to begin cleaning and repairing the childhood home she left behind for me. It was an overwhelming and emotional journey, but staying at Suburban Avondale made that process a little easier. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed, comfortable, and right at home. A very special shoutout and mad kudos to Rochelle! ❤️ She always greeted us with a warm smile and never hesitated to lend a listening ear when things felt overwhelming. Sometimes, you never know what someone is going through, and a little kindness can mean more than words can express. Rochelle provided exactly that, and I will never forget it. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what truly made our stay special was the genuine kindness and hospitality. During a time when I was trying to put pieces of my life back together, Suburban Avondale gave us a place that truly felt like a home away from home. Thank you, Rochelle and the entire staff, for showing that hospitality isn’t just about providing a room. It’s about making people feel cared for. ❤️🏡 Highly recommended!"
