Prestations insuffisantes !

Positif :calme,fraßcheur,emplacement.Negatif:propreté,oreiller,prises de courant qui se décrochent du mur,travaux inachevés,ustensiles cuisine et ménage trÚs insuffisants.

TrÚs bien situé mais mal équipé

nous avons un avis mitigĂ© sur cette location . La situation de cet appartement est exceptionnelle surtout pour des festivaliers comme nous , toutefois ,son Ă©quipement est des plus rudimentaire . En effet ,si le mobilier est moderne et quasi neuf ,il est rĂ©duit au stricte minimum : une seule minuscule lampe de chevet de trĂšs faible intensitĂ© et l'obligation de se lever pour Ă©teindre le plafonnier ,des ampoules grillĂ©es partout ,une clim qui fonctionne pas en continue par 35 degrĂ©s,une seule prise de courant pour toute la cuisine ,difficile de faire du cafĂ© et du thĂ© en mĂȘme temps dans ces conditions ...pas de prise dans la salle de bain donc se sĂ©cher les cheveux ,au choix Ă  quatre pattes derriĂšre le canapĂ© lit (qui grince Ă  chaque fois que l'on bouge ) ou dans la cuisine mais dans les 2 cas sans miroir . Pas de cruche Ă  eau ,de saladier ,de poubelle dans la salle de bain ,d'Ă©tagĂšre pour poser sa trousse de toilette ,deux serviettes pour 2 sur 5 jours etc ...par contre un bon point pour la prĂ©sence de verres Ă  vin ! En conclusion ,si vous ne faites que dormir sans vivre vraiment dans ce lieu assez cher pour la prestation ,vous pouvez l’apprĂ©cier surtout de par sa situation stratĂ©gique dans la ville .
