Modern house in East Austin is an easy walk to East 6th Street, Town Lake, Downtown, and beyond.

The house and backyard have recently been updated. 4 bedroom 2 bath - great for a getaway with family/friends and event accommodations. Well-lit open-concept home. The master suite with a king and en suite bath, and three queen bedrooms with two optional single beds.

Use of the Google Fiber Gigabit Internet is included and can support multiple video calls and streams.

Please ask about pets before booking. We allow pets on a case-by-case basis. All damage, clean up, and liability is the full responsibility of the guest/pet owner.

The house has a simple modern style. Contemporary art on walls, modern dining table. Featuring a clean open space for living, dining and cooking makes the house perfect for groups and a comfortable place to relax. Full kitchen with large fridge, gas stove, microwave, coffeemaker and dishwasher. Washer and dryer in laundry room. Wireless internet, TVs in each bedroom.
100” screen and HD projector makes the living room into your own private theater.

We have a nice backyard great for entertaining, table and chairs for outdoor dining, a small bbq. There is on-street parking.

East Austin is known as one of America's hippest areas. A short walk to all Austin has to offer, one block from Cesar Chavez, and four from East 6th, the area offers great restaurants, coffee shops, music venues, bars, retail, studios and art galleries. The light rail is a few minute walk; pedicabs are readily available and a bike rental shop is a few blocks away. Lady Bird Lake, green belts and riverfront parks are a short walk to the south.
