Make memories at this 1750 square foot, 3bdr/2 bath stylish townhome near Lake Travis. Relax at the community pool, walk to Lakeway City Park to enjoy hiking, pickleball or swim in the Lake. Rent boats or jet skis at Lakeway marina, then return to have a drink on the patio, play games, or watch TV. For sightseers, SXSW, or ACL Fest attendees, downtown Austin is only 35 minutes away. This unique home has everything you need to connect with loved ones, in a peaceful setting away from the chaos.

As you step into the home, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room with high ceilings, a fireplace (open Nov-Mar), a modular couch that can be turned into twin beds, a TV with all of your favorite streaming options, and a "fun corner" complete with a bar cart, books, and games.

The very Austin-themed dining room has a unique farmhouse table that can fit 7 comfortably, with beautiful skylights above to brighten the room. Just off of the dining room is a fully stocked kitchen with both Keurig and drip coffee makers (plus K-cups and ground coffee, powdered creamer and sweeteners in the pantry), filtered water from the fridge, a blender, toaster, pots/pans and all of the basics you'd need for a home-cooked meal. There is also a breakfast nook for overflow seating.

The community includes a refreshing pool that is steps away from the condo, for those hot Texas summers. After swimming, come back to relax on the private patio with a cool drink.

Sleeping/Bath Arrangements:
-Bedroom 1: Twin over queen bunk bed (Sleeps 3)
-Bedroom 2: Queen bed (Sleeps 2)
Both of these rooms have Roku TVs with all streaming services available for your login, and a shared bathroom in the hallway with a bathtub/shower and hair dryer.
-Bedroom 3: Primary suite with king bed and en suite bathroom with shower and hair dryer (Sleeps 2). This room also has a Roku TV, a desk/chair, and a pack n' play in the closet.
-Living room: (Sleeps 2) Take the backings off of the modular couch to create 2 twin beds. There is extra twin bedding in the bunk room.
*All mattresses have a plastic covering in case of accidents.*

Wonderful stay!

We had a great stay and Sarah was a wonderful host. House is well supplied, clean, nice & quiet neighborhood. We had deer grazing in the front yard and our family was all very comfortable. Thank you and highly recommended.

Great Property!

Great property for our Thanksgiving in Lakeway. House is well decorated and stocked with everything you could need. We even took a nice stroll to the park and lake area which is super close. Easy commute to Starbucks and HEB as well. Would stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay

The location is really nice and convenient to get to lakeway marina where we rented a boat for tubing. The house is super clean comfy and cute. Great attention to details on bathroom supplies, towels and games to play in the house at night. Communications with the host is excellent as well!

Sarah the host is great, very communicative. Her place is well-equipped with lots of extras, cozy and easy to access. Lots of natural sunlight makes it cheerful and bright. Good neighborhood to walk in and lots of deer around. Great stay and we’ll be back.

Beautiful Townhouse in Lakeway

From the day I booked our stay Sarah was fantastic! I reached out several times in advance and she was always quick to respond. Our entire family was down on the lake in different locations. I have to say our place was probably hands down the cutest and nicest. I LOVED my early mornings out on the patio. I would sit and feed the deer. Just beautiful and so relaxing. Neighborhood was so quiet. I would highly recommend! We as a family all agreed that if we came back, this would be where we would book! Thank you Sarah and your team!
