Inside, you’ll find a queen-size bed, a loveseat, built-in storage, and a compact kitchen with a stovetop, fridge, microwave, and Keurig (with complimentary K-cups). A 32-inch TV and reliable WiFi make it easy to unwind or catch up on work. The bathroom features a separate shower and toilet area, making it more comfortable for two guests to share.

Located 20 minutes from downtown Austin and COTA, the studio also offers direct access to Mary Moore Searight Park and is just minutes from dining and shopping at Southpark Meadows.

Guests will have access to the casita/apartment, not the entire house.

The neighborhood is nestled in Mary Moore Searight Park and have easy access to walking or horseback riding trails in the park.

Scooters (Lime & Bird) as well as Lyft and Uber are the best ways to get around Austin, especially this close to everything. However, there are also a lot of public transportation options in this area (see CapMetro`s website).
✦ House Rules:
1. No smoking of any kind ($350 fine).
2. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 10 AM, per city ordinance.
3. No parties or events allowed.
4. No pets allowed. A pet brought to the property is charged a $250 fee plus any damages.
5. Minimum age to book is 25. The person booking must be 25 or older and must stay at the property for the full reservation.
6. The cleaning fee covers preparation before your arrival. Excessive cleaning required after checkout may result in an additional fee based on time needed. Guests are expected to dispose of trash and return items to their original locations.
7. Check-out is at 11 AM. Departures after this time without prior approval will incur a full additional night`s charge.
8. A digital House Manual will be emailed to you a few days before your stay. It includes check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, appliance info, and more.
