I created this space out of love and nostalgia, a cozy retreat from the noise of everyday life. Sunlight fills the rooms by day, and warm lamps glow at night. I love playing 80s hits on the Sonos and relaxing in the vibe. This isn’t just a rental, it’s a passion project I’m proud of. I stay here often to keep it feeling fresh, welcoming, and full of heart. I hope you feel the same comfort and joy here that I do. Location:
This large apartment complex is perfectly located in the Austin area—central to all major events and just a quick ride to everything. Built in the early 2000s, it's been extremely well maintained. The grounds are beautiful, with mature, full-grown trees throughout the property, giving you space to spread out, explore, and feel safe and serene. Two full sized pools, Gym, BBQ area, Multiple Dog parks. You’ll feel completely immersed.

VIBES:
Mood lighting, Smart color-changing lights, quality sound, soft textiles, and Smart TVs with HD visuals help create any vibe you're feeling.


My Goal:
I use this space as an escape when needed, and I stay here often to update and fine-tune the experience. Austin’s market has a wide range of options, but not all focus on comfort and quality. I’ve chosen to invest in my property with care, because I truly enjoy creating a space that feels special. It’s important to me that guests have a stay that’s not only comfortable, but thoughtfully designed and memorable.

Great Apartment close to SoCo

It was a great apartment outside south Austin which is 15 minute drive to South congress. It was a comfy vrbo with a friendly atmosphere. The owner provided great instructions and was very easy to communicate with.

Conference stay

The property is in a great location. Walking distance to many restaurants. Accommodations were very comfortable. Loved the bidet decided to buy one for my house. Had a little trouble with the lock and could have use some furniture on the patio. The bed was very comfortable, love having the additional feature of the remote control air conditioner in the room Wasn’t able to use the pool due to my conference schedule, but my daughter would have loved it. Plenty of kids to play with.
