Housekeeper knocked an hour before check in time. TV is old not smart TV. Room is ok but bathroom is not that clean. Dust on hand cream and shampoo. Its 4star hotel, but No sealed anemes and you need to pay for toothbrush if you need.

Loved the location because it had everything we needed within a 10minute drive like shopping, my venue was close by, restaurants, groceries etc. I do wish the lines for parking and everthing were painted so I can see them more clearly. It was really shocking just in Auckland in general that the road lines were so faded I couldny see them.

We travelled from Kaipara for a 50th and decided to stay close to the venue for convenience. The room was great, had a lovely view of the water and contained everything we needed. We enjoyed a soak in the spa but felt the temperature could be increased for more warmth and relaxation. The property as a whole was nice and well maintained for an older facility. The only negative was the level of cleanliness in our bathroom. Clumps and smears of shampoo/conditioner were on the glass shower window, evident this was not cleaned between visits. The standard of cleanliness around the toilet and basin were also abismal, only the easy to reach parts were cleaned, leaving build up of dirt and dust evident in others along with smears on the mirror. A rushed job maybe.
