Wow! This place is seriously under rated. Booked it as a last min deal and it did not disappoint. The apartment was modern, massive and one of the best places I’ve stayed in Auckland ever! To the lady at check in - Your service is amazing. You were great to deal with, asset to your staffing team. Will be back.

The apartments are run down, not well maintained. It felt like a backpackers just with private facilities. For us it was just a place to sleep as we were exploring Auckland. Staff friendly and helpful. Good location in CBD of Auckland.

This property is really need to remodeling especially shower room. And the Wash machine is running whole night for one load of wash. Make sure don't loss the key, you need to pay $30 to replace the new room key.

Nothing we I arrived my booking had been cancelled were given 2 1 bedroom apartment mine had no tv and was extremely old. I had booked a 2 bedroom apartment with balcony very disappointing manager blamed Wotif for the cancellation. Very disappointing worst accommodation I have had during my stay in NZ.

Booked two rooms for me and a buddy. He got there first and checked him in however they had already booked someone else in the room. Head to find a new one. Then our rooms weren’t next to each other. Granted I got an upgrade. However no cables or remotes for the tv. So it didn’t work. When they brought a cable only came on for 2 minutes then didn’t work for the rest of our stay. Was lucky we were heading out most of the time.

It appears whilst I had a soft service each day of my stay nothing was ever topped up. I had no shower gel for the entire stay. The washing machine not working was a disappointment but I will say thank you to the Front Desk Team for offering to wash and dry and return it to me Free of Charge. That did help a Lot.

Recent reviews had rated the property in a dim light and here are the facts 1) Reception was helpful and responsive (you will see its consistent) 2) Make sure you book/arrange parking when you book or you risk having nowhere to park. Also the onsite parking really doesnt suite large vehicles - so travel small 3) The property has overwhelming smells of air fresheners - possibly trying to mask other smells or lack of ventilation 4)Television was broken - we didn't bother to report it 5)The unit was supposed to be a self-contained unit ,but the dishwasher was broken - and you could tell it had been out of service for a long time 6)The shower was dirty and full of mold - unhygenic and disgusting 7)The bed was missing legs, so if you sat on it it fell over 8)Beds had no mattress protectors and no fitted sheets 9)Booking for 4 people - Towels for Two 10)A sofa bed was advertised - but there wasnt one The place was fairly clean overall - and some of the bad reviews rung true We didnt pay a fortune, so is it a case of you get what you pay for? Noting that other people have raised the same issues and the usual "Thanks for your important feedback" type response and then no apparent action seems to be the reality. I even pre-empted things by messaging the hotel before we came - but no such luck. The team there is super friendly and helped us at the drop of the hat - perhaps management needs to focus on getting the place up to scratch (its advertised as a 4 star, 3 stars at best)
