A very friendly welcome and helpful staff. I like that szimpla restaurant right next door with a huge variety of kai and inu. I also liked the communal lobby/ dining area where you can make hot drinks, toast or heat food in microwave. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable and surprisingly VERY quiet. Only issue was periodic shuddering noise like a water pipe .. otherwise all good

The lift is not working and the staff does not explain well how to work the card. Staff are reactive rather than pro active when told about the lift also. Handy hotel for the location but could do with more better customer service.

Stayed a night as had a late flight in. Room was ready, easy check in. Air con kept turning itself off so very stuffy. Some rubbish was left from previous. Otherwise ok. Served a purpose.

Excellent location
Stayed two nights in transit. This place is excellent for overnight stay near the terminal. You can catch the yellow bus or walk to the terminal. Next to the hotel there are plenty of places to eat and shop essentials. The hotel has free tea and coffee in the lobby. Room is clean and reasonably spacious. Will stay there again
