The location is great. the hotel is renovated. It is the lack of service ruins the entire experience.
We stayed in the hotel for almost 2 weeks. Even though we put the sign for housekeeping, they didn’t clean our room. this happened multiple times. We needed call and ask for our room to be cleaned many times.
also they didn't filled up the hand soap dispenser. We asked many times to be filled and they failed to do so. At the end we gave up and bought bar soap.
There were times where I used the laundry machine to clean our towels or we asked for fresh towels due housekeeping not doing their job. One of the days when we asked for fresh towel we also asked for hand soap, they gave us a full bottle. The next they when they were cleaning the room they took the hand soap away and left the empty bottle again.
On paper housekeeping comes between 9am to 3pm however in reality the housekeeping is there until 1pm. After that there is no one in the hotel to assist you.
Even on the days that they did the cleaning we noticed they didn’t vacuum the floor or cleaned inside the shower…
If you are staying for more than 2-3 days, this hotel may become a bit problematic due to lack of service.
