The property was clean, was a bit out of the nicer area. Had an issue with the TV on day 3 manager came and looked at it couldn’t fix it and that was the last we heard. Front desk on checking out not super friendly!! But overall enjoyed our stay in Auckland

The room was very practical, well appointed and had what I needed for my 5 day stay. Loved that there were laundry facilities on site —- so helpful! The staff was attentive and foster best to accommodate. The only issues I encountered had to do with the dining area. Coffee machine was broken first day. 2nd day ordered food & drink for take away & o order was incorrect. Weekend hours & food availability had substantially different availability that I was unaware of. All in all, very convenient, lovely staff, quiet peaceful environment, conducive to my need to work in other country’s time zones.

I like the location of the hotel, it's walkable around the Auckland CBD, and near the Auckland Strand Station where people can take the Northern Explorer train to Wellington. However, I don't like the bathroom much, it's litter bit old style for my expectation. Anyway, it's a nice hotel.

Good hotel in a great location for centre of Auckland, comfortable, although heating system doesn’t control temperature very effectively, well equipped and excellent helpful staff. Parking a bit expensive, but convenient and it is central Auckland

Premium studio was beautiful and kitchen accessories were great with a big fridge freezer. Close to everything in the city. Unfortunately they don't have balconies and people smoke cigarettes through their apartment extractor fans which made it smell like someone was smoking in my room the whole time. Reception isn't exactly attentive either, they'll see you struggling with the luggage trolley and won't offer to help. Otherwise it was a nice place
