We stayed here for grad wkd and it was great. Very easy. It’s especially great if you have lots of family since it has a kitchen. Very comfortable no frills.

The front desk/lobby is closed in the evening and overnight, so good luck if you have any issues. If they have an 800 number, I couldn’t find it. Even when the front desk was open, the phone would ring until it went to a voicemail that wasn’t set up. I had a really hard time reaching anyone there. There was no information in the room and the Wi-Fi would not connect. When I finally spoke to someone at the front desk, she said they had been having problems and to keep trying. It never connected. I was on call for my job and would have never stayed somewhere without Wi-Fi. They really need to let people know before booking. The sofa bed was disgusting. I pulled the cushions off and it was covered in dog hair. I pulled it out anyway, and the mattress cover was stained and had crumbs all over it. There was also some food or something left behind the sofa. The bathtub looked dirty and either had stains or just wasn’t clean. The TV didn’t work in the front room area, but we finally realized the box behind the TV was unplugged. I was very disappointed with the lack of communication and not having a reliable way to contact anyone. I did send a message via Expedia, since the front desk closed, but I guess it went into the abyss, because no one ever responded. On a positive note, it was very quiet and it was nice having a kitchen. Just lower your expectations and don’t count on the WiFi and it’ll be ok.

Nice place, terrible beds.

The bed was absolutely uncomfortable, very hard. I opted to purchase an air mattress after my first night.Two TV's, the one in the LR worked, but the processor for the internet provider apparently did not. The sink in the bathroom was very slow draining as well. This property also has no one there after 8pm, so people hang out in the common area, and in the halls, and are loud. Very nicely appointed property however, rooms offer great amenities.

Overall the property was nice. Inside could have been cleaner such as the floor needed sweeping and dusting. The main issue was we booked a double and was placed in a single ada room at the last minute. When I advised we booked a double they politely advised me I can cancel if I’d like to. It was to last minute to find another option so they offered to prepare the pullout bed which was nice but would have preferred what we booked. Good location. Lots of food options.
