Overlooking private beaches, Sand Villa offers beautifully appointed two and three bedroom condominiums, each complete with washer/dryer and walk-in shower. Play tennis on their lighted courts then arrange a tee time for you at one you their 12 nearby golf courses. Relax in an indoor or outdoor pool and hot tub.

Sands Villa 519 is a 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath Fifth Floor Oceanfront Condo. Being located on the top floor of the Sands Villa complex, you are provided with unique views that are breathtaking and stand above the rest. This condo has a nice sized dining room, fully stocked kitchen, living room with ample seating and a flat screen TV, balcony access.

Total Bedding: 1 King, 1 Double/Twin Bunk with Trundle

Additional Amenities: 2 Flat Screen TVs, Washer & Dryer, All Sands Villa Amenities including community wifi.

Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday.

Rents nightly with a 3-night minimum stay, during the off-season.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
