Everything was great until I pulled back the covers to get in the king size bed and found it was full of sand and very small dark curly hairs. Since I didn’t want to cause a fuss at 1 am with the security guard, who was the only staff available from 7 - 7, I pulled all the bedding off and slept in one of the twin beds instead. Definitely a one and done at the Atlantic Beach Resort for me. I would ask for a refund if I thought they would issue one.

I've been coming to this resort for many years when it was part of our timeshare. I can say they have really improved the property since they're pulling out of the timeshare business. It was cleaner, just overall better quality. Wonderful check-in and contact with the hosts. I would definitely come here again.

The room was updated and very clean! However, I strongly dislike it when the advertising for the resort doesn't state when amenities listed, aren't available. Had i known the splash pad was broken and the indoor pool, hot tub was also unavailable I would not have booked there. Also, I didn't like that you could so loudly hear tge people above us. It sounded like a heard of elephants above us. When I asked for more coffee, I was sent to find the maintenance/ housekeeping building vs it being available at the front desk where it was supposed to be. If I'm staying 3 nights I would expect coffee for three nights. I probably won't stay here again but the rooms themselves were great .

My family and I stayed for 3 days for our 10 year olds birthday. It was amazing. The resort was very spacious and clean. We’ve stayed at other places in the area but this place was by far our favorite! We will be booking again for our next stay.

Overall enjoyable. They seem pretty understaffed for the size of the place. The staff I interacted with was cordial. If you stay more than a couple of days you will have to go to the laundry exchange to get linen. A text is sent to your phone asking if you have any issues or concerns. I had an issue of the smell of marijuana coming through the bathroom vents 3 or 4 nights. I reached out about it but did not get a response. A lot of stains on sitting furniture. There is also construction on site at times. The place seemed newly renovated which was nice. The issues above didn't prevent us from having a solid stay but just worth being aware of before you book

Pool was open and looked amazing, but we didn’t swim. Laundry facilities were very nice and clean. I made a mistake and showed up a day earlier than I booked for, but they were very understanding and were able to accommodate us. Such helpful staff!

I had a great stay!! The staff were very friendly and helpful. They stayed in contact throughout our stay. I loved having beach access so close which was one reason I chose to stay at this resort. The accommodations were tidy and spacious. The beds were very comfortable as well and having two bathrooms was also a plus!! Having a full kitchen also came in handy as we cooked Christmas dinner for our family. I would definitely stay here again.

I booked this as a weekend getaway. It's definitely more of a family- friendly resort property. I was looking more for ocean-front. There were no ocean views. That was my biggest disappointment. Overall, the rooms were nice, comfortable, clean, and well-stocked. I would recommend if you're coming with a family for a week, and want on property things to do, or even for a larger trip.
