i booked this property due to the balcony. balcony was only available for inner rms. after 3 times of complaining of no hot water, balcony room was request for room change that wasn't the case. towels were somewhat dingy. just a poor overall experience for a Sonesta. and i have stayed in Sonesta's in tx, Nashville and Huntsville, definitely motel 6 vibes. lobby was nice though and no elevator?

This is a motel 6 style hotel. And I’m not sure if it’s even a hotel. Stinky and stuffy hallway with cigarette smell. Dirt everywhere on the hallway carpet with dirt stained carpet. I will not recommend it for anyone who does not smoke.

fine for the money

quiet and convenient, other than one screaming guy at 7 am scolding his kids or something which is ridiculous. but budget places tend to have obnoxious noisy guests til all hours and pervasive weed usage. i also got interrogated by the night shift guy coming back in and asking what room , which i only somewhat remembered and acted like i was trespassing or something. do NOT appreciate that. it's not my fault the side door doesn't work from the outside, that's your problem. i've stayed here back when there was breakfast and starbucks so it's gone downhill i guess, but the price is acceptable.
