When I got there to check the room it seemed clean until I pulled back the covers and there were chips in the bed!!! Then I went to get another room and it was dirt on one pillow and dirt at the foot of the bed when the covers were pulled back. I had to buy my own covers to even try to sleep it was just dirty and won't go to that location ever again!!!

This is my home whenever I’m in Forest Park!

The front desk staff are always welcoming — I genuinely love the ones who run it. I’ve even become friends with one of the housekeepers, which says a lot about the good energy here. It’s clean, not overpriced, and feels safe and comfortable. Definitely my go-to spot when I’m in town.

It was mentioned that Coffee and Tea was available; but, it was not there. It was mentioned that Microwave oven was available and it was not. The bed sheets and pillow covers were dirty. The wooden flooring in the bathroom was moving up and down. The property was not clean.

Don’t waste your time or money or safety

When I got there, there were people outside arguing about who broke into room first it was a bed bug on the bed the air conditioner leak the toilet leaks so many sounds so many people walking around at night very unsafe very dangerous. No place for a family.

Upon check in I was told that there would be a $50 deposit which was not listed on the website. Then I was advised that the hot water wasn't working well because of a maintenance issue that was being dealt with. They didn't charge the deposit because of the water issue but this wasn't a good experience.
