Gorgeous, comfy room in a great location

Incredible room, with multiple balconies, an amazingly comfy bed and a gorgeous view of the Acropolis. It's also in a great location - nice and quiet but only 10 minutes' walk from the Acropolis Museum, several amazing sites and lots of beautiful restaurants!

The property was clean enough but the area looked a rundown area. The kitchen did not have the necessary facilities. the cooker hob did not work, neither did the kettle and had to be replaced. No forks or table spoons available.

I can't speak for any of the other apartments as we had Apartment 01 which is just before the main entrance. Pros - super easy check-in. They send you an email that you need to complete to check in, you'll receive a code that will be used to enter the apartment (including main entrance doors). Place was clean, air conned and well equipped. Cons - plumbing. We could hear anytime someone above us (which is the whole complex) used the bathroom. A bit unpleasant. There was also an issue with the plumbing because our bathroom always reeked of sewer waste. We would have to leave it closed with the window wide open to try air it out. Made for a very unpleasant reaction when we walked into a very smelly apartment. Hopefully they look into fixing this.

The Lux and Easy, had the best air conditioning system I’ve encountered in Europe. The rooms are very nice. Although the surrounding area looks run down, we walked all around with no issues. Highly recommended this hotel if you’re looking to stay in the Acropolis area.

Clean and updated rooms. The property was nice and the rooftop garden had an amazing view of the Acropolis. Disappointed about the fact that there was no reception area. Only online, by phone or self serve communication. I think they said it was “contactless”. That was not clear to me When I made the reservation. I was a little panicked because we had lots of luggage and arrived earlier in the day before check in time. We figured we’d just leave our bags with the bellman. Well…. No bellman. But there were lockers to store our luggage. In the end it worked out. The area around the “hotel” is a little ghetto. But really it is your typical big city downtown location. This is not the business district. So, we were initially a little worried about graffiti all over and whether it would be safe. It ended up being a safe and somewhat centrally located neighborhood. Expect to walk about 15-20 minutes to most of the popular sites.
