Unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews prior to booking here, this place is a joke! I’ve since left Athens but had to book somewhere else as they didn’t even arrive at airport to pick me up and give keys as they had promised...... I was travelling alone and was left at midnight to try and arrange alternative options..... no response to calls or emails not even an apology or follow up the next day!!!!!!! I will be waiting for my refund for two nights! Not sure how you are even able to function as a business more importantly how Expedia allows you to advertise through there channels

Good location, bad service

The location of this apartment is great. It’s ideal for a group of 4-5, although there is only one bathroom. The kitchen, beds, and hot water supply are all adequate.. The furnishings are date, but serviceable. HOWEVER, MAKE SURE you arrange ahead of time when you’ll meet the owner’s representative to get keys! I didn’t get a response to my email of arrival time. I also was not provided an address, altho the destination map I was provided on hotels.com gps’d us to an address in the Plaka area. The address ended up being incorrect. When I tried to call the phone numbers provided by hotels.com (both numbers local and in Greek), one was “closed for the day” and one continued to be busy. We had to lug our bags around for 2 hours and would not have made contact with the owner without the help of a Greek-speaking cafe owner who made the calls and interpreted for us. When I subsequently called the owner for the WiFi password and to arrange a shuttle to the airport the next day, I again got no answer to the call... Thus, we did not have WiFi and I had to walk the streets to arrange with a cab driver to (hopefully) be there to pick us up at 5 a.m. the next morning. The entire experience dampened our last day in Greece.

Charming flat in great location

After we noticed the bad ratings we were really worried about things going wrong and having a nightmarish experience, but things went really well. The location is awesome and the flat is clean and spacious. If you don't care about modern furniture the flat is more than fine. Just make sure to contact the company in advance before your arrival, maybe this is the only point that was not so great. But the employee who handed us the keys was super friendly and helpful.
