The only complaint we have with the property is the limited seating in the common area. A 3 seater couch would bring the room together nicely. Communication with the owner was great and they arranged for the pick up at the airport which was fantastic. We also loved the Red Sparrow bakery which was just around the corner from the apt. We went there every morning for coffee and pastries.

Modern Apartment in Athens

The picture opposite was not our apartment. The one bedroom apartment we stayed was modern, clean and had everything we needed. Bedroom was compact with decent wardrobe space, bed was comfortable. Shower was fantastic, kitchenette had all we needed. The large balcony would be fantastic in nice weather, unfortunately it was cold during our stay. The apartment was situated a seven minute walk from Panepistimio metro station and the general area had plenty of shops. Syntagma Square and Monastiraki where most of the restaurants were situated was 10 - 25 minutes walk. Communication was very good and access to the apartment went smoothly

Perfectly located apartment. Clean and tidy. I would recommend to anyone visiting Athens. The WIFI is a bit weak and only worked in one corner of the apartment. That’s the only reason it didn’t get five stars for everything. If I visit Athens again I will stay here.

I would highly recommend My Greek Vacations City Apartments. The location is fantastic - away from the city centre, but within walking distance to pretty much everything. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and an excellent value! The water pressure in the shower is fantastic and there is lots of hot water when you give the water heater 20 minutes. If you like to pack light, the laundry in the basement is a bonus. Marina was fantastic. Although we didn't require anything during our stay, she checked in with us a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Just stayed a week here and it was very comfortable. It’s away from the city center area but is a plus because you can sleep at night without all the noise. There are numerous dining options nearby and the metro is about a 7 minute walk away. The main shopping street is about a 10-12 minute walk, very easy. If ever in Athens again I would definitely stay here again.

Home From Home In Athens

Beautiful apartment in a great location, walkable to many sights. Lots of shops, cafes and restaurants close by. The apartment building is very well maintained and clean. The gym in the basement was great with a good selection of weights. In the apartment, I loved the powerful shower and well equipped kitchen. It was really cosy, welcoming and like a second home during my time in Athens. Marina the host was super helpful. I will absolutely be back on my next visit to Athens. I think I am converted from staying in hotels after this! Highly recommend.

It was great. A perfect location in Athina. A very nice neighbourhood with a lot of bars and cafes close to the metro station. The room was clean and well maintained. We will definitely come back!

For value for money I'm not sure you can beat this apartment. The instructions we got to find the apartment and get inside were perfect. The property was clean through out and well maintained as was our accommodation. One slight oddity for us was that there was no way to wash up!! The sink didn't have a plug and there was no washing up bowl. It didn't generally make any difference as house keeping came in everyday and washed up! The location is fairly central and all the attractions are easily walkable. We didn't use any public transport but that was easily accessible. Parking would have been an issue, although there are two parking lots close by which are a work of art (if you see then you'll understand!) Yes we would definitely book again if we came back to Athens.

This stay was an excellent experience! Everything met expectations, offering great value for the price. The location is convenient, just a 15-minute walk from everything, and close to a grocery store and numerous restaurants. Marina went above and beyond with her support and hospitality.
