I enjoyed my stay at this place. The facility is a little old but it’s clean and the staffs are friendly. I especially liked the coffee/tea stand in the lobby as I can have a cup of hot tea thought out of the day.

Room was not cleaned very well. Bathroom counter had a ring from a soda can or something on it and the sink had remnants of something being poured out. The carpet needs to be changed immediately. Pullout couch mattresses had rust on it from the frame and the frame was obviously rusty. The bedding I received from the desk for the pull out was worn through and tattered. Wound up just sleeping on the couch without pulling it out. Over priced. Close to $300 after tax and fees. Not what I would have expected. Wife and daugher were not pleased at all. I was the only one that ate breakfast. Nothing exceptional. Staff was very friendly. My wife did mention the the hotel did look very nice on the outside.

Clean and close to downtown

Great location to downtown. Pool was warm. Average breakfast but breakfast staff was attentive and friendly. Desk staff always smiled and were efficient and helpful.

People were helpful, hotel is meh

We stayed one night. The hotel has had some wear and tear. There was also a giant stack of boxes and cardboard off the lobby which made it feel there was some construction/ remodeling work being done but there was no other indication. Parking lot was small. It was fine for the amount of time we spent in the room, but I won’t seek out this hotel for a future stay in Athens.

This hotel was one of the worst I have ever stayed in. The room was filthy and in much need of a complete renovation. Housekeeping was nonexistent during my stay. It looked like they were doing construction in the lobby and they left tools and discarded boxes in the eating area. Calling the breakfast “slop“ might be a compliment. My second day l, I opted to go out for breakfast and forgo the unsanitary, undercooked, garbage they put out. This hotel needs some serious upgrade.

The property is close to dinning and shopping options and is a short drive from downtown and the UGA campus. The staff is super friendly and helpful. This was our second time staying here. My only complaint is that the pool could be a little warmer.

If I could attach pictures, I would. There were stains on the carpet, hairs in both beds, and food on the floor. Filthy. We checked out and didn't even stay the second night.

Staff was nice but the property was not. The key card mechanism to our room was inoperable. The staff had to assist us in opening our room. There were stains on everything (floor, chairs, towels, etc). Half of the light bulbs were missing from the lamps. Housekeeping did not remove food from refrigerator left from previous guests. There was a half eaten piece of chocolate and an empty bag of chips on the dresser when we checked into our room. We alerted the front desk staff to all the issues, but they were unable to assist with other accommodations due to the property being fully booked for the night.
