Terrible place! Holes in the room wall. No light in bathroom. Provided with a bedside lamp with naked bulb placed by the sink. Burn marks on the outlets windows broken and unlocked. No internet. No remote for tv. Staff nice but hopeless and unhelpful. Very unsettling!

was put in a dirty room with gnats . found candy behind the bathroom door with 100s of gnats. had to clean it myself. would not give me another room till the next day. so i got bit all dam nite. no ice machine. memorial day, no breakfast. it was included in the hotel stay. staff could not open my door. there were no card keys. took 30 mins to figure out how to open my hotel room where all my things were. food on the carpet. not sure the beds had been changed either. the duvet on the bed was definetly not clean. i used it for a runner on the floor . was afraid to walk on the carpet. blow dryer didnt work. had to clean the clicker for the tv, it was full of something gross. the alarm clock didnt work, had no telephone. my goodness, i think i deserve a refund. mold on the ac. bathroom door was actually screwed together with wood screw. oh , did i say i had a 5 and 6 yr old with me. we all had sore throats the next day. but , i still tried to be nice. some peeps have no pride in what they own. DISGUSTING!!

Manager Derrick extremely rude and they tried to charge my card along with travelocity charges. Manager said it was not his problem I was charged twice. Very Rude. The sheets were dirty. When new sheets arrived they handed to me at door the wrong size sheets. Horrible and will not return.

It was clean. But the some lights didnt work. The sheets were torn. The bath towels had holes in them and were so small. It was a non-smoking roon. But there wad some horrible smell. The staff were great.

Dark, Damp and Smelly

Pros: Nothing. Even the coffee was bad. Come on.. Really? Oh the Microwave and the TV in the room worked.
Cons: New everything. paint walls, carpet needs replacing it smells and is ratty. Have working appliances. Add some REAL security. Upgrade WiFi security.
Location: Across the street from Target and 6-10 minutes from downtown Athens, GA.
Dead bugs and nappy hair in bathroom. Bed sheets had random hair in them. I asked to have new sheets and bathroom cleaned and all they did was give be new soap and shampoo and made the bed. I made a 2nd request to have new sheets, only then did I get new sheets. Mini fridge in room didn't work and smelled. Room smelled of wet dog. It was gross and I spent a little time there as I could. Also the front desk staff was more interested in their phone and taking takes of their kids screaming kid then me. The iron was missing from room, but they did get one once I asked. But the iron had some "stuff" on the bottom and when I did a test run on a towel, it left brown marks on the towel and I didn't dare use it on my clothes. No security ALL doors are propped open or just don't close all the way. On my room door it looking like someone had broken in before and the "latch" provided me with very little comfort that I was safe. If I wasn't traveling alone and there were other open hotels, I would have left. Never staying here again.

Hotel room was clean and furnished with a microwave, refrigerator, and cable. Staff was friendly and knowledgable. Breakfast was great to have. Recommended.

Not a Good Experience

Pros: Breakfast
There were rat excrements on the bathroom floor. The shower was not clean. The hotel staff would not allow us to leave our luggage at the desk until a room was available. The bed was hard. They will not allow anyone to check in until 3:00.
