Amazing 2 bdrm Sea View Holiday Apt

The apartment is over 120 sq.m. and is really spacey! It can host up to 6 people into the 2 comfortable bedrooms. Alimos standing in the middle of Piraeus and Glyfada



The big advantage of this apartment is that while you are very close to a very nice beach at the same time you can reach Athens city center in less than 15 minutes. The beach is only 400 m away and you can reach it in about 5 minutes on foot.



There is one bedroom and one big double sofa bed, where 4 persons can be easily accommodated. A fully equipped kitchen is waiting for you with everything you need (Nespresso/oven/microwave/dishwasher, kettle ect). You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay.



The boiler will provide you with hot water for 24 hours.



Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets from top quality brand. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you.

Only 200m away from the apartment there is a super market and in less than 200 m away you can find traditional tavernas, a bakery, restaurants and cafeterias.



300 m away from the apartment there are bus stations from where the buses are leading to the most areas of Attica. The line A1 leads in less than 20 minutes to the boats for most islands, to metro (line1 Piraeus station) and to suburban railway (Piraeus station). There is also the bus line X96 which leads to the international airport of Athens, Eleftherios Venizelos. The line A2 leads in about 15 minutes to the Acropolis museum and to the Syntagma Square in the center of Athens.

My Stay in "Greek Riviera"

The property is nice, but needs TLC. Clean white beddings and comfortable beds. The couch is soiled and partly covered with an unclean throw. The cleaning team needs improvement, Management was helpful, check-in unprofessional and Mr. John very polite!!!! During my three week stay, cleaning team changed sheets, provided more towels and made a better effort. The "Greek Riviera" with tall apartment buildings, roofs packed with solar water heaters, jungle of traffic and narrow noisy streets is a mile away. Don't expect South of France!! I grew up in Alimos when it was a lovely coastal suburb with single family homes. The neighborhood was quiet until a huge construction started next door. I did not cook or used the washing machine but facilities are sufficient. Public transportation is available but taxi recommended. The rental works well for an economical family vacation.

Beautiful Apartment

Excellent apartment, as described on the website, photos are accurate. Exceptional clean inside and well equipped, beds very comfortable. George is a delight to deal with and very helpful. Fairly easy walk down to the main area with plenty of great places to eat. Only point to note for those less able bodied, it is uphill and the last part is quite steep. There are regular buses but we never found out where to get the one back up.

Beautiful Apartment

Lovely apartment, very spacious and comfortable. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. George is a delight to deal with and very helpful. It is on a hill, so important to note for the less able bodied as the last part is quite steep.
