Quality Inn near Blue Spring
"I was traveling 100 miles to attend a day long Lions clubmeeting. This is an older hotel with the doors on the outside. As I was getting my walker out of my car on arrival, the desk clerk immediately came outside to see if he could help me. The only improvements would be adding more USB plugs and putting a safetybar on each wall of the shower. It would be nice to have the soap dispensers lower for people who are sitting so that they don’t have to stand up and walk to them, the safety bar was under the showerhead, but the soap dispenser was at the other end of the shower, which was probably four or 5 feet long. I always suggest that managers go and sit in their handicap, shower and imagine how they would take a shower sitting down. The chair was movable and light to move but a bit big for the shower. I put it against the shower wall so that I would have something to hold onto when I get went to get the soap. I didn’t use any facilities so I can’t really speak to those. I didn’t have breakfast there. I would go back if I had a meeting in the same area."
