The house consists of 4 spacious bedrooms: two with Queen Size beds (one on the ground floor), one with a double bed, and one with two single beds. Perfect for families or groups of friends! Two modern bathrooms, including one on the ground floor, ensure comfort and privacy for everyone. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.) so you can prepare delicious meals just like at home.



The ground floor features pleasant underfloor heating, while the upper floor has radiators powered by a heat pump, ensuring gentle warmth all year round. A secure bike garage is at your disposal, ideal for exploring the region's many cycling paths.



Outside, a large wooden terrace with garden furniture, table, chairs, parasol and (wood) barbecue awaits you.



The house is ideally located: 5 minutes' walk from the beach, 10 minutes from shops and 20 minutes from the port. You will find all necessary amenities (bakeries, restaurants, local market, shops, boat rental). The port is also the starting point for many excursions to the islands of the Gulf of Morbihan or Belle-Île-en-Mer.



From mid-September, you can enjoy a brand new jacuzzi for a relaxing moment after your seaside walks, available for an extra fee.
